Fysiotherapie Elisabeth is een Alkmaarse praktijk voor fysiotherapie die naast algemene ook een breed scala aan gespecialiseerde fysiotherapeutische hulpverlening biedt. De praktijk streeft naar het leveren van hoogwaardige kwaliteit en is klantgericht. Het maakt deel uit van het Medisch Centrum Elisabeth, waarin het samenwerkt met de huisartsen, de apotheek, psycholoog, ergotherapeut, bekkenfysiotherapeut en de podotherapeut.
