Praktijkinformatie

Fysiotherapie Boerland is een kleinschalige praktijk met uw eigen betrokken en deskundige fysiotherapeut. Wij bieden o.a. algemene fysiotherapie, sportfysiotherapie, gesuperviseerde looptherapie, revalidatie therapie, rug- en houdingscholing. Voor uitleg zie ‘therapievormen’. Wij staan van maandag tot en met zaterdag klaar om u van uw klachten uw af te helpen. Ook zijn wij meerdere avonden geopend.

Tegenwoordig is fysiotherapie in Nederland direct toegankelijk. U heeft dus geen verwijzing meer nodig van een huisarts of specialist en u kunt gelijk een afspraak maken. Ook als u bent verwezen door een arts of specialist bent u van harte welkom bij ons. Door de vrije zorgkeuze in Nederland heeft u het recht om zelf te kiezen voor een praktijk.

Fysiotherapie Boerland heeft met alle grote en kleine zorgverzekeraars contracten afgesloten. U hoeft uw declaratie dus niet zelf in te dienen, dat doen wij voor u. Wel zo makkelijk!
